Fep Concentrated Dispersion

FEP-DC, DI, the aqueous fine-powder dispersion of fluorinated ethylene propylene with milky or yellowish color, is stabilized by non-ionic surfactant and has excellent flowing performance if melted. The products from FEP-DC, DI have outstanding thermal stability, distinctive chemical inertness, superior electrical insulation, low friction coefficient, and excellent air aging resistance. And it can be used at temperature up to 200°C for a long time. This product can be applied to process glass fibers fabric by dipping and roasting, corrosive and adhesive resistance coatings by spraying, and continuity film of non-pinhole by molding.
